  • Eligibility: If you find an issue with your product, such as the wrong size or defect, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Process: Simply reach out to our customer support team, and we will send you a replacement piece at no extra cost.
  • Keep the Original: The original item is yours to keep, and there is no need to return it to us.

Important Terms

  • One-Time Replacement: We will only provide a one-time replacement for each order. After the replacement, no further exchanges or returns will be allowed.
  • After 5 Days: We cannot accommodate any requests for replacements after the 5-day window has passed.
  • No Refunds: As stated, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
